Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A:Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout and are based on destination country and the final weight of your entire order.

Q: How long will it take until I get my order?

A:Domestic orders will take 1-2 working days. All other EU destinations will take 1-5 days and other worldwide destinations will take between 1-6 days.

Q: What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?

A:You can request to leave your parcel in a safe place or the delivery driver will leave a slip or card at your address and they will try to redeliver the following day.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A:We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by wire transfer to our bank.

Q: How secure is ordering from the Internet?

A:Fraud is defined by some of but not limited to the following scenarios: Non-payment of shipped orders Using a third party credit card without cardholder’s consent, writing bad checks, cancelling cheques for shipped orders, providing false contact information, requesting charge-back or reversal of credit card charges for orders that have been duly referred by us and shipped.

Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?

A:We ship daily Monday-Friday. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use DHL Express and all orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.

Q: Do I need to be a doctor to buy your products?

A:Our products must be used by medical professionals who have received specialist brand training.
